Bathhouse, saunas and cold facilities sit alongside gym, dining and social spaces. Bondi and Mosman clubs announced to follow.

Recovery studio on Falcon Street in Crows Nest with infrared sauna, red light, compression and massage rooms, and a full lymphatic drainage menu. Lymphatic sessions run from 45 to 90 minutes, including full body, pregnancy and dry brushing sessions, a facial add-on, and a massage paired with 30 minutes of infrared sauna. Wednesday and Thursday hours are split between morning and evening.

Nimbus Co in Grosvenor Lane, Neutral Bay, with private infrared sauna rooms, private contrast suites pairing an infrared sauna with a cold plunge bath, and a communal contrast room with a Finnish sauna and two ice baths. Rooms have their own shower, and towels and filtered water are provided. Sessions run 30 to 50 minutes.

City Cave on Albany Street in Crows Nest, with private float rooms, private infrared saunas, massage and compression boots, open every day. A float runs 60 minutes and an infrared sauna 45 minutes, couples pay a little extra, and there is a sauna-and-float combination. Weekly or monthly CaveClub memberships carry a three-month minimum. Red light is available as an add-on.
