How we verify

A price on The Soak List is only useful if it is right. So every price, opening hour, address and membership has been checked by a person, and says when.

Where the facts come from

From the venue itself: its own website or booking page, a phone call, a visit, or details the venue sent us. We do not copy prices from other directories, review sites or social media. Each venue page says how and when it was last checked.

How often we recheck

We aim to recheck every listing at least every 90 days. Our system flags anything older so it goes to the top of the list. A price that has not been checked is not shown.

What we will not publish

A price or opening time nobody has confirmed. A description written by software. Claims about what a session does for your health.

When something is wrong

Prices change. Every venue page has a "Report a wrong price" link, and we check each report against the venue before changing anything. If you run the venue, use "Claim this listing" on its page and we will check changes with you first.
