About The Soak List

The Soak List is a guide to the places you go for a session in hot, cold or water: bathhouses, saunas, ice baths, contrast therapy, float tanks and recovery studios. We started in Sydney.

For every venue we list what is actually in the building, what a session costs, what the memberships include and when it is open. Every price shows the month it was checked.

What we do not do

No venue pays to be listed or to appear higher. We do not publish reviews or star ratings. We describe what a venue has, not what it will do for your body, so you will not find health claims here.
